feature request: change maximum number of simultaneous downloads in a button #132

Possibile add a button to view, select and change the maximum number of simultaneous downloads faster than going into options?

It's certainly possible, but how often would you need to change the number of downloads? If they're taking up too much bandwidth, then using the speed limiter might be a better solution.
