Support for youtube dl #178

i think this will help to download web videos

Most videos nowadays are streamed in chunks and have to be pieced together to have the complete file. youtube-dl is designed to grab the pieces from the stream and then send them off to an encoder (FFmpeg) to piece together. While HTTP Downloader is capable of downloading the pieces manually, a specialized program like youtube-dl is a better solution.

how do i download youtube videos in http downloader

You can't download the full video. You'll either need to use a site that can rip it and then use their direct download link, or use youtube-dl.

please implement youtube dl in httpdownloader

if you need an interface to use youtube dl, just search for one, there are already many for youtube dl. https://persepolisdm.github.io/ https://github.com/MrS0m30n3/youtube-dl-gui

if you want to download videos with a "simple and light interface" or without "too much complication". Use youtbe-dl without interface, it's really simple.

For windows there is also 3D Youtube Downloader, which is completely free. You can download videos and audio, both from youtube and other popular video sites, personally my favorite for this task.

httpdownloader is not a "video downloader" it is a HTTP Downloader, i.e. a download manager for http connections, like your favorite browser (Firefox, Chrome, etc) it handles general downloads but not multimedia.

if you think in IDM, multimedia support I think has two main problems: This will make the program (httpdownloader) more complex having to develop more complex things such as system drivers. Will require regular updates (just) to keep multimedia content support working properly.

IDM is a good download manager that does that, however, it's paid, is not open source, and probably it's a very complex and advanced software.

The goal of httpdownloader is to be a much simpler and lighter download manager.

brother you are right, same i was doing with another download manager, but as for youtube, if you look at Fire DM, they are also using youtube-dl i think, we can download full videos, even paid mediahuman also using youtube-dl, so there should be option to download YT videos inside http downloader app, like FireDM or Free Download Manager,

and one more thing i want to request, there should be extension to download videos from other sites like pornhub, xnxx, or other cam streaming sites (not live cams), facebook, twitter videos, download button should appear on videos to download.
