Double-clicking tray icon doesn't show main window if it's minimized #194

If HTTP Downloader is minimized, double-clicking the tray icon will just cause the program's icon on the start bar to appear or disappear. Ideally, in all cases that the tray icon is double-clicked, the main window would display itself.
