Http downloader chrome extension won't work #230

Please upload the http downloader chrome extension to the chrome web store. I tried downloading it but chrome automatically blocks it because it's not on the web store. If there is another way to get the extension please let me know. Thank you!

I'd have to pay Google money to upload it to the Chrome Web Store. Even if it was a penny, I wouldn't do it. Anyway, download this version and unzip it to some folder. Make sure "Developer mode" is turned on in the extensions window, then click the "Load unpacked" button and select the folder that you unziped the files to. That should get around the Chrome warning.

This works perfect. I downloaded this version on Brave browser which is Chromium based and managed to set it up. Thank you very much for this comment @erickutcher
