integrate campaignmonitor #24

This is not an issue but rather a feature request. Or a help request: is there a way to integrate campaign monitor/other newsletter provider in the system. so if a box is checked the emailaddress or chosen data also goes to the chosen newsletter provider

would rock to find a solution for this.

I really think this is outside the scope of the plugin. I would recommend checking out their docs and integrate with their php apis.
