improve removal of stopwords #125

Some the tools use stop word list and some don't. Enhance the output so stopwords are moved from some of the outputs, specifically, the pages the narrative portions of the carrel.

Did the work, mostly. Sometimes thing got in the way because words are sometimes capitalized and sometimes not.
