Add an email validation process for new sign-ups #141

It looks like the compute machine is set up with postfix forwarding email to a Gmail SMTP endpoint. I tested it and it looks like all mail sent this way has the same sender.

@ericleasemorgan Is this how you would like reader-http to be configured?
