Cleanup #3

couple of cleanups:

remove bulid artifacts (pd_darwin files)
remove m_pd.h file (use the one provided by Pd)
drop executable bit from text-files
consistent line-endings
remove trailing whitespace from lines

updated build-system to use pd-lib-builder.
