Update README.md with fixed wtfutil configuration #20

In wtfutil configuration, the "refreshInterval" key-name is case-sensitive. As is, stonks will silently fail to refresh.

(I've also opened https://github.com/wtfutil/wtf/issues/1079 to improve things on my side).
