Upgrade `golang.org/x/sys` package to latest version #27

Fixes #26.

After the package was upgraded I was able to build it and install it without issues and the tool is working properly.

hey @ericm, I faced this when setting everything up to work on the refactor. Since it was not related with that other task, I thought of doing the upgrade in a separate PR. I hope you don't mind I created this PR and the related issue.
