The expected ports and pingability of a non-rogue is a fingerprint of a 'good' system. There may be more than one good fingerprint depending on how many types of systems there are on the network.

Added CRUD for fingerprints to GUI. Next going to add API so sweeper nodes can get their fingerprint.
