Error when opening Chrome

Issue Description:
Every time I open Chrome I recieve the following message "you are using an 
unsupported command-lineflag: --extentions-on-chrome-urls. stability and 
security will suffer."  I am using windows 8.1.

I just switched Chrome from Windows 8 mode back to Desktop mode and this error 
does not show up.  So the issue is in the Windows 8 mode.

Could you please provide details about your machine configuration - OS, Chrome 
browser version , Chromedriver version, selenium version ?
