Thanks for the report. Not sure why ant wouldn't work for you. Does your
extension have 'manifest_version': 2 in the manifest.json?

In the following path i found the manifest.json file where 'manifest_version':
2 was set

 path are as follows

1 C:\Users\Computer\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User
Data\Default\Extensions\coobgpohoikkiipiblmjeljniedjpjpf\0.0.0.20_0

2 C:\Users\Computer\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User
Data\Default\Extensions\lgcaihcaldinjhbbkbjhfibpplmfkgik\4.141_1

3 C:\Users\Computer\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User
Data\Default\Extensions\lifbcibllhkdhoafpjfnlhfpfgnpldfl\6.9.0.12585_0

i have attach those files serially .

please provide some suggestion is these files you are talking about , if yes
then please tell what to do else tell me where to find and where i may find it
