Some mobile emulation tests are broken on m37 and m36 #954

The following tests are failing on all platforms, with the same error message. 
M38 works fine however.

MobileEmulationCapabilityTest.testClickElement
MobileEmulationCapabilityTest.testHoverOverElement
MobileEmulationCapabilityTest.testSingleTapElement

UnknownError: unknown error: Element is not clickable at point (490, 17)
