ChromeDriver support to access WebView elements #960

ChromeDriver can be used to access the various html5 elements in a webpage but 
when the webpage contains a webview element hosting a webpage ChromeDriver is 
unable to access any elements from within the WebView page.

Some of the Chrome Web Apps use WebView and will really help in automating 
these apps if ChromeDriver can help accessing the elements from WebView.
