Support USF, PSF, PSF2 #13

Hello,
It would be pritty cool if  game-music-emu supports the USF or the PSF2 format.

Could be Implemented any time? :)

This is not likely to be done any time soon. I asked Blargg about this some 
time ago. He stated that systems more complicated than the SNES, such as the 
PlayStation and even the Atari ST, would be unlikely to find support in GME.

If Blargg surfaces, I'll ask him about this again, but until then this is a 
WontFix.
