updates to install.html documentation

I made some complaints about the documentation at

so I thought I should follow up with it since you do such a good job with
repo and Gerrit.

I didn't know if there was a better way to submit patches, as there isn't
public svn commit (*tempted to say push*) access.

First off, this is the issue tracker for "repo", not Gerrit.  Gerrit's issue 
tracker 
is at http://code.google.com/p/gerrit/issues/list.  So I am going to close this 
item
since its in the wrong location.

Second, I'm sorry you edited the formatted HTML.  The HTML is horrible to edit. 
 The
real documentation source is actually stored in the "Documentation" 
subdirectory of
the Gerrit source code repository.  It is in AsciiDoc format, which uses very 
little
formatting codes and closely resembles plain text.  I format that via the 
Makefile to
HTML, and then upload it to SVN for serving only.

So really, to patch this documentation, clone Gerrit's source code, edit the 
file
at Documentation/install.txt, and then follow SUBMITTING_PATCHES to upload your 
new
commit to Gerrit's self hosted location so I can review and submit it.
