Particle effect is missing in I.S.S.64.

By the way: GREAT PLUGIN! The best of all!!! Great work Gonetz... Thank you and 
thanks to all the crew... Simple an awesome piece of software for emulation 
fans... Really, really a big THANK YOU!!! =)

Here, we can see the lack of particle effect on the icons... The first three 
pictures were taken using Glide64 r96 and the last three were taken using the 
current release (r239)...

The same lack of particle effect can be seen in some other places, for example 
on the numbers when the score changes or in the word 'FOUL'...

The pictures were taken using I.S.S.64(U), Project64, Windows 7 x64 and 
Catalyst 11.5 on ATI Radeon 300 graphics...
