Super Robot Spirits - unmatch resolution cause display glitches #284

When the resolution doesn't match aspect ratio, the display will be incomplete 
and distorted.

image1 resolution (black border on its sides) result in truncated blue fillrect 
in text box(right)

image2 resolution (black border on its top & bottom) result in truncated 
fillrect in text box(bottom)

image3 resolution matches aspect ratio (i.e. no black border) and no truncation 
of blue fillrect in text box

image4 resolution (black border on its sides) result in left black border 
shifted to the centre separating the fire framebuffer effect

image5 resolution matches aspect ratio and fire effect is correctly displayed.

At the moment, the best solution is to use aspect=2 just like Command&Conquer 
and MIA.
With aspect=2, it will be displayed correctly irregardless of the resolution 
used.
