Black Border Around Some Games

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just playing a following game:

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is for the game to be viewed without a black border 
surrounding the picture.
I see a black boarder instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am currently using v266 on Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.
The following games have this issue:

-Kirby64
-Bomberman64
-Bomberman64 2nd Attack
-Cruisin' World
-Deadly Arts
-Donkey Kong 64
-FZero
-Fighter's Destiny
-Mace
-Mario Golf
-Mischief Makers
-Paper Mario
-Smash Bros

These games are programmed that way. I can't fix that. These boarders are 
probably not seen on TV screen, but on PC monitor it looks like this.
