Unwanted Lines in Some Games

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing any of the games mentioned later

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
To not see these lines. Instead, lines are seen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v266, Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.
The following games suffer from this issue:

-Bomberman 64 2nd Attack - Black Grid in speech boxes

-Bomberman Hero - Lines going through some pictures

-Fighter's Destiny 2 - Black line going across lifebar

-Fighter's Destiny - Black Line appearing under P2's lifebar, Black Line 
appearing on character selection cursor

-Mace - Black Line down the middle of Intro, Title, VS, and Results screens

-Mario Kart - Lines on Title Screen text and Map Selection

-Mario Party 2 - Lines on text

-Mario Party 3 - Lines on text

-Mario Party - Horizontal lines on map backgrounds

-Mario Tennis - Line at bottom of intro nintendo logo

-Mortal Kombat Trilogy - Line down the middle of mode selection screen and 
backgrounds

-Shadowgate - Flickering lines on intro story text

First: Many of these issues are already reported. No need to make duplicates.
Second: It's hard for me to deal with bug report, which describes issues in 
many games. Also, these issues may look similar, but have different origin. 
Please follow the rule: one report - one game - one issue.
