Glid64 + Project64 Emulation crash #329

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Project64 2.1
2. Select Glide64 as graphics plugin
3. Open rom file
4. Select End Emulation in the File Menu

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The program will end the rom and go back to the main screen. Instead, the rom 
image freezes in the program and the program stops responding

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using Glide64 from May 8, 2012 on Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.
I recently did a repair install to my operating system, which is when I noticed 
the problems with Project64 and Glide64.
