Create a new theme for Plone

This is a task that we are happy to see several people do.

Take an existing design (or come up with your own if you have the design 
skills), and create a 
Plone  theme for it.

You don't necessarily have to be a designer to do this, here are some 
suggestions for themes 
that could be ported to Plone:

www.postgresql.org <http://www.postgresql.org/> and www.python.org 
<http://www.python.org/> can be used too (we have permission from the authors 
of these 
themes to port them)
