Create a new theme for Plone: Essay #17

Prerequisite: Decent working knowledge of CSS.

Take the following existing design and create a Plone  theme for it:

Hi,
I've attached the theme.
The original design is a little bit inflexible concerning the portaltabs.
There are four tabs in the draft.But in Plone you can have multiple tabs.
So I used a little trick and defined their width with a dtml-value in 
base_properties
to make it customizable through the web.

base code of a new theme for Plone 3:

This article will be part of the tutorial about themeing Plone (updated
version for Plone 3).
It is there for being accessible before the complete tutorial publication.
