Merge documentation issue tracker into main issue tracker

The Plone documentation team currently has a dedicated issue tracker at:

http://plone.org/development/teams/documentation/documentation-tracker/

We want these issues to be moved to the main Plone issue tracker at 
http://dev.plone.org/plone

Things that need to be done:

- Issue text and full history needs to be moved over
- Everyone involved in an issue need to be added on CC, owner needs to be 
correct
- Redirect from the old issue tracker location to the new one needs to be added
- Trac report for the Documentation Team needs to be created, similar to the UI 
Team report: http://dev.plone.org/plone/report/18

Limi from the Plone team can assist with the two latter Trac admin issues.

This is a very simple and easy task, and we recommend combining this with the 
move of the 
Archetypes issue tracker task.

It's been about two days now, can you please let us know how you're getting on?

I will need some more information before starting this task. Like how to add a 
CC and
move the task over. I have tried to work out these processes myself, but the 
options
don't seem to add up. Could you please contact me with more information about

davethewebb - I'm sorry, the person in charging is not doing his job on this 
one. I've poked him (twice) and 
hopefully you'll get an answer.

If you'd like us to release you from the task so that you can do another one, 
please let us know. At the very least, 
your 2-day time limit won't start counting until you've got some more guidance.

Thanks, optilude, it's good to know at least that someone is there! With 
regards to
doing another task, I think the only one I'm up to at the moment is the #38 
"Identify
and fix errors in plone.org's error log", and that looks like it's having the 
same
troubles as this issue, so I might be better off just waiting for a response 
from
this one.
