gmail backgound issue #52

I'm using IE7 on Windows XP.
when i'm going to http://www.gmail.com the blue bar with blue color,
it shows incorrectly. 
i think background repeat is wrong.
it repeating Y axis.
I think it should not be repeat.
it show correctly with Mozilla Firefox, opera, Netscape navigator, Safari 
and Flock.

I've attached an image regarding this issue.
