Should the final report be in a PDF or ODF file or formatted as a plone page?

That's completely up to you, as long as it's not a word document we're happy :)

Ok, I've just had a look. You can leave out 404 pages, another task produced a
comprehensive list of those. If you could concentrate more on things like
documentation that looks like it's current but applies to older versions that'd
be great.

Hi Evan,
I've had a read over that, and you still seem to be taking the wrong approach.
I've
cut out the bits that are relevant to this ask, they're:
Outdated Plone Website Pages
• http://plone.org/development/teams/website-team/
◦The read more link contains no additional information.
◦It might be beneficial to remove old conference information because of the
amount of links that are not valid anymore.
• The FAQ section is not separated by version. Inside “the FAQs” is information
about all of the different versions of plone. I think it would be more
understandable
if these were separated into sections based on plone version.
◦This FAQ needs to be updated to reflect that 3.0.1 has been released. This might
be confusing for users who are having a problem with javascript web stats but
the
problem is not related to this bug.
We're really pushing for things that look like they're useful, up-to-date
documentation and tips but are for old versions so would confuse people.

I am a little confused by your post. The things that you pasted ARE relevant
and good
examples of what you want? Or they are not? You said "If you could concentrate
more
on things like documentation that looks like it's current but applies to older
versions that'd be great." I tried to accomplish this going through the FAQ page
looking for things that "applies to older versions" and then I wrote about
whether I
thought it should be removed or updated. I am just trying to understand exactly
what
you want.

Sorry, you're right, that wasn't overly clear. The things I pasted are what I
see as
being relevant. The other things were on the more technical side. While they
were
all still valid points, they're not what we're looking for in this instance.
I can see you went through the documentation section, but you picked up
specificd
problems with the documents such as capitalisation or where they're linked, not
the
content of the document and its relevance now that plone 3 is out.
I hope that's a bit more clear?
