Undefined error with some CSV files (incorrectly detected as EXCEL) #459

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open attached file.
2. Preview in Google Chrome 14 shows error dialog "Undefined"
3. Click OK on error dialog.
4. Preview shows Excel being highlighted, instead click on CSV/TSV format, and 
Preview appears correctly after.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Undefined error should not appear.  And CSV file should be detected correctly, 
instead of Excel, without user having to select it.
