Table header cells misaligning with table cells #492

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago

The table header cells occasionally misalign with the table's body cells -
sometimes after performing an operation, or by starring/flagging the first row.

If the window is resized slightly so the resize function is called, the header
cells align with the body cells again.

Attached a short screen capture.

I've seen this recently when adding columns where it seems like the size of the
column name and the size of the column contents aren't maximized correctly to
size both the header and data cells.

I've fixed this at least for the starring/flagging case. Please test for other
cases.
