link to refine site no longer working #563

the google refine link to http://127.0.0.1:3333/ no longer works for me, I have
tried multiple times to run Google refine, I think it is that when I run either
the exe or bat file the command window closes almost right away, so it is not
in fact running when I try the site. I uninstalled and re-installed an this is
still happening. Any suggestions?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run exe or bat file
2.try to use site (in either firefox or explorer)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to go to site, instead I get this message: Firefox can't establish a
connection to the server at 127.0.0.1:3333.

What version of Google Refine are you using?
zip file is google-refine-2.5-r2407
What operating system and browser are you using?
Firefox mostly, but tried explorer as well.
Is this problem specific to the type of browser you're using or it happens
in all the browsers you tried?
All
Please provide any additional information below.

Try opening a command window and running the refine.bat file by hand. That way
you'll be able to see the error that is causing it to stop immediately.
