Include string.h instead of memory.h
string.h is more standard and should provide all the needed functions. memory.h
is not available in newlib, so this fails to build when using the NaCl newlib
toolchain, which is what we use for the NaCl Integrated Run Time (IRT) in
Chrome's embedding of NaCl (among other places where newlib is used).
