It appears that the B and A buttons are swapped....

I had to A-run instead of B-running. Very confusing hehe.

... That was a pretty stupid comment, r00t4rd3d. Way to contribute.

This app was so cool I had to finally learn how to use all of the utilites to
get
access to the phone. Now that I've done that, maybe I'll try developing
something
native rather than another web-based app! Thanks for the inspiration.

britrock it appears the swapped buttons are now fixed in the v10 that was
released
late yesterday (not here in the svn yet).

The lack of tactile feedback is definitely drag. What if the currently pressed
button was overlaid over the play
area, partially transparent, sort of like the ringer volume feedback on the
home screen? Then you wouldn't have
to look down at where your fingers are on the screen, you would instinctively
know where to move them relative
to the current button.

Eg. I'm trying to press down but I keep running right. With the overlay, I can
see that I'm pressing right and know
that I need to move my fingers down and to the left more. Just a thought.

My suggestion (and I am just thrilled with what has already been done) is to
make the
game play in widescreen mode with the D-pad on the left of the screen and the A
and B
buttons on the right, even if the A and B have to be stacked vertically.

Something like this, with the Select and Start buttons overlayed in the middle
once
you touch the middle (like when you touch a picture, the overlays come up).
