WEBrtc in libjingle #349

Can anyone help on how to integrate webrtc in libjinlge? Setting 
HAVE_WEBRTC_VOICE define does not work.

Although my project is still a bit rough and is voice only, it does work. You 
can check out the changes that you need, ie adding ifaddr for android, changing 
around defines so it compiles correctly for android.
