Can't see the descriptions of themes within a Living Story #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a theme within a Living Story and write a description of the theme.
2. Publish an event with that theme.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The description of the theme doesn't appear anywhere within the Living
Story. I think users would expect to see the description of the theme when
they filter by theme. Likewise, when you click on the theme, you don't see
the description of the theme.

Please provide additional information if necessary.
