Call to undefined function get_coauthors()

Did an install of the parts, done in the order suggested. Added an event and 
expected to see the 
event on a category page but got this instead

Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_coauthors() in 
/home/andydic/public_html/testpress/wp-
content/themes/living-story-theme/content-util.php on line 65

Also get this on the front page of the site as well where it shows the last 
content added with error

Fatal error: Call to undefined function coauthors_posts_links() in 
/home/andydic/public_html/testpress/wp-content/themes/living-story-theme/index.p

Have you activated the Co-Authors Plus plugin?
