says controller.ini is missing when its on the usb #21

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. formatted usb to fat32 with 32kb
2. made a "games" folder with the proper format of the iso inside
3. put the "controller.ini" file on the root and opened up nintendont and it 
goes up to 8 saying the file is missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Goes to error 8 and restarts the wii u

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?

I think you should name it as "controller.ini", not "controller.ini.ini"
