NullDCe - Total Rewrite #374

Everyone knows, this is the end of NullDC.

We are some months without any commit, and only bugs and more bugs. Why don't
we start rewriting nulldc in REAL C++, not C with the .cpp format. Using
object-oriented programming, Assembly x86 in the core algorithims (and maybe
x64 too), for making a more quality emulator.

The code is a real mess, and it, now, would be better to be called C instead of
C++. We have a lot of people with commit permission, and a lot of more people
that would want to do that. I want.

The work of DrkIIRaziel was great here, but he abandomned it and now we are
talking of ports when the code isn't ready for that. We need to make a better
emulator before porting it to PS3, PSP or even 3DS...

I would help doing, but I don't know assembly (yet) - I'm only starting to
learn protected-assembly x86, but I know C++ and I'm getting better with it.

We can get a emulator with more speed and more quality, then correct bugs and
when it is working properly, in a BETA or STABLE release, we can talk of a port.

So, anyone thinks I'm saying the right things? Lets make NullDCe to work!

PS: I'm not saying the work of everyone here was terrible, I'm only saying that
NullDC in the way it is now will not work. We need to rework it. DrkIIRaziel,
what do you say? You're the master here...

The project page for nullDCe is the following: http://code.google.com/p/nulldce/
Anything related to it should go there.

As for changes on nullDC, you're free to download the source and make changes
yourself anytime. You can then create a patch, zip of whatever with your
changes and create and issue for review. Such is mentioned on the wiki page:
