What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Use pdfium_test to convert the attached pdf to a ppm
2. Open the ppm and extreme jags are present in the frame around the image
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When viewing the attached pdf in Chrome the edges are smooth, but when using
pdfium the edges are jagged.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
pdfium head
Please provide any additional information below.
