Support Picasa Web Albums #19

There should be a Picasa Web Albums source that would create stubs for
albums and photos, and allow them to be searched by the titles and captions.

To make sense, this probably requires a QuickLook handler to provide small
thumbnails for each photo.

r40+r43 add full metadata support for both albums and photos. QuickLook will be
