Bookmark feed no longer returns results #42

Sometime recently the RSS feed Precipitate uses to get bookmarks stopped
returning results based on just the HTTP Auth login. It still works from a
browser where I'm actually logged in, so it must be looking for a cookie or
something similar. As a result, bookmarks don't currently work at all.

I'll need to find another way of getting the bookmarks.

Without an API there's not really anything I can do that's not incredibly hacky
and fragile. At this point I may just have to remove the source and wait for an
API.

So it does! Apparently the server changed again so that HTTP auth works.

Fingers crossed that it stays working this time :)
