Cache not clearing #111

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Under config screen
2.Choosing Clear cache at start-up
3.then selecting yes

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?When Bunjalloo is 
started, the cache folder is emptied.

Which version are you using?
0.7.6

Thanks for the issue report, I'm not too sure what to do about this at the 
moment as
it is "by design" - the new cache is intended to become stale more correctly. 
But I
can see why a clear-on-start may be handy.
