Character spacing inconsistent. #119

It seems there is, what I most likely believe to be, a rounding error with
the character spacing (plus or minus one pixel) with the new font rendering
code.

You can observe this with most documents if you have a keen eye.

I made a little text page that shows it for your benefit (see attached)
Just to help guide you, with the first two lines you can see the spacing
between the "Th" of this is inconsistent as well as "is".

Yeah, there is. I have a nasty feeling that the rounding error is in the 
conversion
of the fonts, which truncates the 32-bit "advance this much" value to 16-bit to 
save
a ton of space.
