Add save as... for unknown mime types #35

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to a page with some file in e.g. binary format
2. Click the link to "open" it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Bunjalloo currently shows a blank page. It'd be cool to have a "save as"
option!

Added in 0.4. It isn't very user friendly though. Let's see if anybody 
complains!
