Add homepage #38

Add bookmarks and homepage settings.

The user should be able to update these on the fly. e.g. bookmark any page
or set any page to the homepage with shortcuts to bookmark/homepagise the
current URL.

Bookmarks have been added in revision 602!

Homepage is lower priority for me (star this issue if you feel otherwise). 
Since the
DS starts off not connected, it would be most irritating to show an on-line 
page when
you really only wanted to browse some off-line local file: urls.
