Implement Referrer #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to gbadev.org
2. Try to download a file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

An error page is shown suggesting that you activate the referrer option in
your browser :-(

"Referer" is now there, added in r663. It's done in a way to make downloads 
work, but
to make it difficult for server owners to track your web surfing behaviour.
