Tie browser functions to ABXY buttons

Please provide any additional information below.
I think the ABXY buttons should be tied to functions seeing as now they 
just sit useless. First of all, when typing text or in a menu A should be 
accect and B should be cancel. When you are just on a page B should bring 
up bookmarks, A should bring up the add cookie screen, X should stop 
navigation while loading, and Y should refresh. These are just my 
suggestions, but I think all the buttons should have some function.

Good idea. Also, I should add a swap-to-dpad option for those crazy left handed 
people.
