Fix SSL, Images #68

Version 0.6.2

In config file, I see
"cafile=cert/CAcertSrv.pem"
but there is no cert folder, nor a CAcertSrv.pem file.
SSL doesn't work for me.

Also, I see that there is code available for ds file thumbnailing and jpeg 
display.

JBBdude, sir I salute you. And a sincere apology for my pig-headedness in 
refusing to
believe that this was an issue.

I have just reinstalled Bunjalloo - and lo and behold gmail no longer worked. 
It has
been broken since 0.6!!!
