"Wirewall" authentication not possible #79

What version of the product are you using?
bunjalloo 0.7.1

Please provide any additional information below.
My wireless network requires "wirewall" authentication (this is commonly
seen at airports and malls.) This means that it is possible to connect to
an access point, but impossible to ping anything outside the access point
until the user has authenticated via a web browser. (In this case, the
authentication medium is a cgi script where the user must type a name and
password, then click on a button to submit the credentials.)

With bunjalloo, I can connect to the access point and load the
authentication page -- but when I try to submit my credentials, nothing
happens. I think it's because of the submission method? Is bunjalloo able
to process cgi requests?

Thanks,
Jay

Web browsing on the DS would be awesome, but my main interest is simply in
authenticating to the wireless network.

If I could just submit my credentials successfully, I know I could use Nintendo
WFC.
It works with the official Opera browser (which I don't have.)

Maybe it uses javascript? Does firefox with the noscript plugin allow
authentication?

Couple things:
1) The wirewall page has changed since I filed this bug report
2) I never tested bunjalloo on any other wirewalls
3) I don't have a DS anymore

Considering 1) and 2), it's possible that the issue was unique to this
particular
wirewall. Since no one else has commented, and considering 3), I would say
that
it's reasonable to close the issue entirely. If someone else experiences a
similar
issue, they will have a DS and thus can do further testing.

Thanks for the response, though. And for the awesome browser!
