Allow different options for kanjidic #109

I used to modify the code of rikaikun directly to allow me to use just kanjidic 
as the primary dictionary.  Currently I can press the SHIFT key and force 
kanjidic, but it would be nice to have an option to do this from within the 
options menu, now that Google disables extensions available from the app store 
with modified files as a countermeasure against malware, etc.

I would just prefer reverse of usual, where holding the shift key activates the 
normal rikaikun functionality while the default is just to parse single 
characters with kanjidic.
