doesn't work on existing tabs when enabled immediately after install #36

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Chrome Windows 4.0.249.78 (36714) without Rikakun installed
2. Open a page with Japanese words on it (I reproed with Gmail showing
Japanese messages and google.co.jp)
3. Open a tab, go to rikaikun install page, install Rikaikun
4. Click on Rikaikun button to enable it
5. Go back to the tab with Japanese words on it. Pop-up dictionary does not
appear.
6. Open a new tab with the same page with Japanese words. Pop-up dictionary
does work.

Note that if you close Chrome entirely and reopen it, Rikaikun works on all
tabs, regardless of whether you enabled Rikaikun before or after opening
the tab.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Pop-up definitions should appear on tabs that were opened prior to
installing Rikaikun. (they don't currently on the Chrome instance when you
install Rikaikun)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Chrome Windows 4.0.249.78 (36714) XP SP3

I know about this issue. But I don't think there is anyway to fix it without
reloading
all your pages that were open before hand.

The problem is that the extension scripts are injected as the page loads in the
Chrome
Extension Model so right now there's no way around it.

I'll see if something like that will be implemented in the future. Sorry for
the
inconvenience.
